At Malley Surgical Weight Loss Center, we understand that it takes time for people to sign up for an actual seminar and come to our office to hear one of our physicians speak. That's why we decided to bring our seminar to you - online! Follow our easy 2-step process below:

Step 1: Watch our Online Seminar Video

The video is approximately 30 minutes long and the information in the video will help you make an educated decision on whether or not weight loss surgery is right for you. Step 2: Take our brief quiz and complete our patient information form

Once you have completed watching the video above, we ask that you take a short quiz to see what you have learned from the video. We will also collect some personal information which will be sent to our office upon completion. Once you have completed the quiz call our office to schedule your consultation with Dr. Stephen Malley or Dr. Nicole Fearing. One of our surgeons will meet with you and help you decide if weight loss surgery is the right answer for you.
