Did anyone do this? I have 2 scrips that are in capsules and are time-released...can those simply be opened and emptied into a liquid?

i got the liquid pain medicine after surgery but i didn't change any of my other pills. I would strongly recommend NOT to open up time released capsules. The time release is in the capsule and if you crack it open you will get the full impact at once. Call the prescribing DR if you need to change it. Also check with Dr. Malley's office if you must switch or if you can keep going with the current prescription.

I have been banded three years now and I have never had a problem taking any pills.
