The last support group was pretty awesome. Big thanks to Shelly for getting Dr. Canova in there to talk about plastic surgery options after you reach your goal.

I haven't heard a topic for August yet. If you have ideas or thoughts, please share them.

I'm about 4 weeks away from surgery and thought it would be nice to hear from those who have been banded about success, struggles and ways to keep motivated.

I'm starting to get that scared, excited feeling you get before you do something really important. I'm hoping listening and talking to others will help keep me grounded and get my expectations in check.

Do you have to do anything special to attend the band wagon meeting or just show up?

Looks like Gloria Davis may be at the upcoming bandwagon meeting this weekend. For anyone who doesn't know she is the Personal Trainer that leads the Reboot program. I have no idea if she is speaking or will just be there in general for support. If you haven't met her. I highly recommend coming out to say hello.
