Hi Everyone,
I was banded 4.5 months ago and would love to attend support group meetings, but I work every Saturday and most evenings. I live 1.5 hours away from the meeting location. I wold love to have some "banders" support as I change, but I can't make the drive.

Would there be anyone out there interested in forming an un-offical banding group to support the outlying area? Even something near the Blue Springs/Warrensburg Area? I only live about 30 minutes away from those two locations.

Hi, I live about halfway between Lee's Summit and Warrensburg. I am only about 20 minutes from each one and also only about 20 min. from Blue Springs. I would be interested in a closer support group. Sounds like we don't live too far apart. I was banded on Dec. 30, 2008. I have been to the support group once and I think it is very helpful, but like you it is not always easy to get there because of the time factor.
