Dr Malley,

It must be wonderful seeing the positive results from so many patients.

What do you feel is the most helpful advice to give to someone who is contemplating about having the surgery?

Thank you for helping so many people! I personally know that the Lap-Band is the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family.

It is great seeing so many positive results with so many lives being changed for the better. My advice would be to research it; go to a seminar; and go talk to the surgeon. You are not commiting to anything by doing this. Then, after you have all the information, make the decision. Don't be afraid to discuss it with friends and family as well as your doctor(s).
