So what are your resolutions for this year? I am sure we can all put the obligatory "losing weight" on the list but specifically what are your goals?

Share your goals and how you are going to keep them. Good place for us to share them and come back to check up on ourselves.

My new year's resolution is to improve the way I deal with every day stress. When I can work through issues without "stuffing them down" with food; I will be a happier person and more successful in my weight loss journey.
