Vitamins after surgery 1 Year, 8 Months ago  
I was banded on June 8, 2010 and went to get my vitamins today. I picked them up at GNC, but I'm telling you what... the Omega 3 oil is AWFUL!!!! Any suggestions as to where I can find a better tasting Omega 3? I don't know if I can handle 3 doses of the stuff I got...

Refrigerate or better yet freeze the pills. Take them cold and you shouldn't burp up the nasty taste. Also you can take them at bedtime and then they don't bother you as much.
