I would be willing to bet that just about every person who has lap band has tried this fad diet at one time or another. It is one of the million out there that doesn't help you change your lifestyle.

I would usually do this one and lose about 10 pounds or so, then over the next 21 days of the month probably gain back those 10 plus about 5 more.

On the other hand, I do think the soup itself is a good tasting soup. I would surely cook it and eat it just because I like it. I would not reccomend it as a diet by any means.
