Not losing weight 2 Years, 10 Months ago  
I have been banded for 3 years. I am at a point with the band that I have stopped losing weight and can not figure it out. I excersize 4 times a week and try to eat good. At one point I had lost 120lbs. I gained some back over the winter because I had a couple of CC's removed from my band for a while then added back a half. My band feel tight to the point I can not sleep at times and other days I can eat at will. Any suggestions?

That is a tough spot for sure. A couple of people at the support group have suggested to a very detailed and honest food log for a week or so. There are lots of things we don't count as eating we eat all the time.

The other thing I heard folks talk about using is the "body bug". Personally I have never used it, nor would I be disciplined enough to do it. However, for some people it really works.

The Body Bugg is a device you where that will keep up with your movements and tells you how many calories you burn daily. It is a bit intrusive in your day to day, but I have heard people really get motivated by it.

The website for it is www.bodybugg.com. It isn't for everyone but if that sort of thing motivates you go for it.

Also, Look into the reboot program that Dr. Malley's office is offering.
