How much should I be able to eat? 3 Years, 3 Months ago  
I was banded 10-30-08. I have had a couple of fills. I am now tight enough where I am not getting hungry between meals. I can only eat about a 1/2 cup size (total) of what ever my meal is. How much am I actually supose to be able to eat? Generally if I eat more than that I throw up. I am a little concerned that my food intake isn't enough. I do have enough body fat to sustain me for quite a while Please let me know. Thanks
